We are committed to ensuring secure and transparent online donations. If a donor believes that a transaction was processed incorrectly or without authorization, they may contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

Chargeback Guidelines:
- Please contact ERWO first to resolve any payment concerns.
- Provide transaction details and proof of payment.
- Unauthorized transactions will be investigated promptly.
- If a chargeback is received, ERWO may request additional information from the donor and payment provider.
- Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may be disputed.
