Donations Refund Policy
At Elza Retina Welfare Organization, we greatly value the support of our donors. Donations made through our website are generally non-refundable, as they are used to support medical treatments and welfare activities.

However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate transactions
- Incorrect donation amount entered by mistake
- Unauthorized transaction

Refund request conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction
- Proof of payment must be provided
- The request must be sent via our official contact channels
- Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
